Our Draft saddles are built to fit all types of draft breeds. The draft wood tree is specifically designed to fit a broader back. Most of our draft saddles are fairly light -easier to get up on those tall backs! Each saddle is built to order and available in all the leather colors we have available with the options you choose (see our Saddle Information and FAQ pages)   See below for Friesian saddle styles.

Special NOTE: Subsituting cordura fenders instead of leather is an option on ALL of our all leather saddles. Talk to Melissa @ TRS about this option! It gives you the structure of the leather skirting, but with lighter weight - and the cordura fenders are soft, twist easily and are much easier on your knees, ankles and lower back.

Friesian Saddles:

If the draft tree fits your horse best, you do need to pick from the draft saddle styles above.  The Friesian saddle patterns ONLY work on our Friesian tree.  This Friesian wood tree is taller in the front with more angle to the bars, but still the draft width.  It tends to fit Friesians and other drafts that have more angle to their topline (tall wither, etc) better than the regular draft tree.
